PILOT PROJECT TO DESIGN, BUILD AND MAINTAIN - MODERN OFFICE FACILITIES IN BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

Preliminary Criteria
Parties interested in being pre-qualified should minimally comply with the following criteria:
a)   Applicant (or Lead member of a consortium) should have turnover of B$5 million per annum for the past 5 years.
b)   Members of the consortium must demonstrate experiences in the design, construction and maintenance of office buildings or similar projects in the last 5 years.
Important Dates

• The deadline for payment of the administration fee is no later than 3.00pm on Monday, 24th May 2010.
• Once payment is received, we will issue the pre-qualification documents via e-mail from Monday, 3rd May 2010.
