EXPANSION OF ESTABLISHED ENTERPRISES
 
Any company intending to incur new capital expenditure for the purpose of the manufacture or increased manufacture of an approved product may apply to the Minister of Industry and Primary Resources for an Expansion Certificate.
 
To qualify for this certificate the company must satisfy the following:
The company must incur a new capital expenditure in the purchase of production equipment exceeding B$1 million or
Where the expenditure is less than B$1 million but exceeds B$500k and will result in an increase of not less than 30% in value at the original cost of all the production equipment of the company.

Extension 3 years at any one time but not exceeding 15 years in total
